Who We Are
Kingstone Consult for International Development (KCID) is a Nigerian management consulting firm specializing in international development, with a focus on Nigeria and other low- and middle-income countries. We exist to make government systems work: we embed with ministries, departments and agencies as trusted technical partners, strengthening the policies, financing mechanisms, data systems and institutional capacities through which public services are delivered at scale. We partner with government change agents, international agencies, NGOs and private-sector stakeholders to design and implement sustainable solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

KCID works from inside government processes — the Budget Office, ministerial planning departments, agency secretariats — rather than around them. Our support to the FMoH&SW Planning & Research Department (Gates Foundation-funded) and our senior technical role in securing the Presidential Health Compact demonstrate access and credibility at the highest levels of government.
Evidence to execution
We combine health economics, public financial management and political economy analysis with practical implementation support, so reforms are not only well designed but actually executed — from national dialogues on domestic vaccine financing to operational research on what it truly costs to run a PHC facility.
